Registration Process

Select the package you require

Complete the online registration form

Step 3

Make payment into our bank account, use your identity number as reference (Banking details can be found on the "Bank Details" page.

Step 4

Send us the signed power of attorney and certified copy of directors ID document via email or fax to reg@bizregcentre.co.za

Once the process have been completed, we will immediately start your company registration process, depending on the package you selected we should have an outcome within the time frames stipulated (Temrs and conditions apply).

What do I need to register a company?

• You need to be 18 years of age or older
• You must have a South African address
• Valid South African ID document or if you are a foreigner, a valid passport
• At least 1 director

We will be unable to process your comapny registration should we not be in possesion of a Power of Attorney (which we will send to you, all you need to do is to sign and send back to us) and a certified copy of your ID.
